The closest airport is Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport (MSP).

Just 35 minutes from MSP airport is the historic town of Stillwater, located on the St. Croix National Scenic Riverway. Along Stillwater's charming streets, you'll find over 100 independently owned shops, galleries, and restaurants.

La Pointe, the wedding venue, is a 20-minute drive from Stillwater. Because our wedding is taking place on a busy holiday weekend and Stillwater is a popular destination, we highly recommend booking your lodging as soon as possible.

Hotel Crosby is a modern hotel with a rooftop hot tub on the north end of Main Street. It's onsite restaurant and bar, Matchstick, was voted one of the top 100 whiskey bars in America.

The Lora is a boutique hotel on the south end of Main Street. It has an onsite coffee shop, bar, and restaurant where you'll find the award-winning Feller burger.

The Water Street Inn is a historic, Victorian hotel that has a restaurant, Irish pub, and rooftop bar. We recommend requesting a renovated tower room with balcony (rather than a room in the historic building).

Stillwater also has numerous bed and breakfast options, as well as rental homes and condos. The Stillwater tourism site is a great place to start; be sure to select the "downtown" filter if you want to be within walking distance of the local attractions.
